Abstract
Pulse is one of the physiological variables that can determine workload. workload can cause workers to lose body fluids. Workload affects productivity and causes work accidents and fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship between cardiovascular workload with dehydration and fatigue in the workers of the Pasar Legi rehabilitation project, Surakarta City. The research used is quantitative research. By usingresearch design anobservational analyticusing aapproach cross-sectional study. The population in this study were all workers in January as many as 60 respondents. Sampling with purposive sampling results obtained as many as 52 respondents. Statistical test using Rank Spearman. The results showed that 78.8% had moderate cardiovascular workload (% CVL), 40.4% had moderate dehydration and 67.3% experienced moderate fatigue. The statistical test shows the relationship between cardiovascular workload and dehydration in project workers with the result of sig (p value ) 0.019 <0.05 and a value of r = 0.325. The relationship between cardiovascular workload and worker fatigue results in a sig (p-value) of 0.00 <0.05 and an r value of 0.594. So there is a significant relationship between cardiovascular workload and dehydration with low relationship strength and there is a significant relationship between cardiovascular workload and fatigue with moderate relationship strength.
