Abstract
Knowledge and adherence to taking drugs is very important in the successful treatment of hypertensive diseases, especially those accompanied by concomitant diseases. This study aims to find out an overview of the level of knowledge and compliance level of taking hypertensive drugs with concomitant diseases in the working area of Puskesmas Sidoharjo Wonogiri Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all people with hypertension with concomitant diseases in the working area of Puskesmas Sidoharjo Wonogiri Regency with a total of 50 respondents. The samples in this study amounted to 50 repsonden obtained using total sampling technique. The measuring instruments are knowledge level questionnaires and drug compliance levels and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study of the level of knowledge of hypertension patients with concomitant diseases showed as many as 8 respondents (16%) have a good level of knowledge, 29 respondents (58%) knowledge level, and as many as 13 respondents (26%) have a lack of knowledge level. While the results of drug compliance level showed as many as 14 respondents (28%) have compliance with drug taking compliant, and 36 respondents (72%) have a fairly compliant level of adherence to taking the drug.
