Data collection techniques using survey methods, with non-probability sampling method. Retrieval techniques used by Snowball Sampling on research subjects are all students who are still actively conducting learning activities or study at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and Sebelas Maret University originating from major cities on Java, including DKI Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang , and DI Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate the influence of age and sex, area of origin, choice of study programs and language used in daily activities. The most powerful driving factor is the cost of living in a destination area that is cheaper and more affordable, the barrier factor that is most felt by mobility actors is the availability of transportation to support daily activities.
