Abstract

Of the 7 journals that have been selected, the author did not find data such as the death rate from work accidents and the death rate from occupational diseases. The entire article only describes complaints that are served by workers such as headaches, hearing loss, drowsiness, and fatigue, where work stress occurs. Six of the seven articles use the same work stress factors, namely work shifts. From all articles that have been reviewed by the author of the article, different factors are used in determining the causes of work stress. This research is a literature review research. All articles were reviewed using cross-sectional research methods. The scope of this research is physical and psychological aspects. The purpose of this literature review is to conduct analysis, review, examine data techniques, research methods, data analysis techniques from each journal and also to see what factors can cause work stress.
