Abstract

The focus of this research is to know the use of muamalah akad (contract) and a review of Islamic law using Multi Akad Fiqh Theory, in carrying out cooperative practices in Islamic Boarding Shool Al-Ikhlas which is located in Sukoharjo district.This research is also the confirmation of the muslim society's prejudice who doubting the validity of using the multi akad (contract) in transaction. The permit of multi akad should be one with the right akad composition and does not violate the multi akad fiqh's conditions. The benefit of this research is to broaden the knowledge of academics or the practioners of Islamic economics in the application of multi akad fiqh and the law of its use in muamalah fiqh activities. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with some data collecting methods such as interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that the cooperative practice in Islamic Boarding School Al-Ikhlas uses three forms of akad which have Mu'awadhah (business) Akad characteristic, namely Wakalah al-khassah Akad, Wadi'ah Yad al-dhomanah Akad and Ijarah Akad. The type of the Multi Akad is multi akad Al-mujtami'ah al-mukhtalifah al-mustatirah, it means that the use of more than one type of contracts converges into one, implies different laws but does not cancel or break the contract that has been built. The use of al-mujtami'ah al-mukhtalifah al-mustatirah in Islamic Boarding School Al-Ikhlas's cooperative is reviewed by using Multi Akad Fiqh theory that is allowed to be used and does not include the Prophet's prohibition which prohibits two contracts in one contract, two buyings and sellings in one buying and selling, or a combination of selling and buying and accounts payable, because it uses the correct composition of right contract and does not violate the principles of multi akad fiqh.
