Abstract

Rapid development of infrastructure along with rapid investment in Boyolali District has increased regional income, at the year 2013 in order to improve the government infrastructure in Boyolali Regency, the Regional Government(PEMKAB) carried out a project to move government offices and facilities into one location area of 80 ha, which was previously the area was wide plantation that is located in the village of Kemiri at Mojosongo District. The transformation in land use causes transformation in the economic community patterns and social-community activities patterns . This study intend to (1) knowing which land conversion areas are in the office area (2) Analyze the economic and social impacts caused by land conversion. The method used in this research is a survey with Purposive Sampling Technique to validate the impact caused by the information of the affected people by analyzing general characteristics, then the economic and social impacts will be obtained from the Change of Land Function, the impact can be in the form of positive and negative impacts. For map analysis, the interpretation of the image from BPN is the old image in 2013 with the new image in 2019. With the comparison of the two images, the analysis of Land Transfer Function is obtained. The results of the research in the field obtained changes in economic patterns, namely changes in the patterns of livelihoods of affected communities which resulted in changes also in community income. Community adaptation in overcoming livelihood changes is very influential. The government also plays a role in providing extension activities as well as assistance and supporting the creativity of the surrounding community to create new livelihoods that utilize the Boyolali Regency Government Complex. The impact obtained in the social context is enormous, from the positive impact that occurs is that the community has a new destination, a new economic district which ultimately gives the community a more consumptive nature. But there is also a negative impact that occurs juvenile delinquency that is so prevalent in the Boyolali District Government complex area.
