Abstract

This study aims to examine how the juridical review of cooperation agreements between companies and company agents and how to resolve defaults in implementing business cooperation agreements between companies and corporate agents. This research is a legal research conducted with a normative approach. The type of study in this study is more descriptive in nature, because it intends to clearly describe various things related to the object under study. The juridical review of the cooperation agreement between the company and the company's agent regarding services for receiving electricity bill payments and other bills is in accordance with Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of the agreement, namely the agreement of the parties, the competence of the parties, the existence of the object of the agreement, a lawful cause. In the agreement all the conditions have been carried out correctly. Efforts to resolve defaults in the implementation of business cooperation agreements between companies and company agents that have occurred, basically there are two settlement options, namely by litigation through the court and also non-litigation or outside the court, from previous cases both parties prefer to use the route non-litigation.
