Abstract

Management of activities such as Work From Home (WFH) or remote systems, reduction of outside activities and social restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic have become the new normal. So that it allows the formation of passive habits with low physical activity that is thought to trigger psychological effects in the form of anxiety symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between physical activity levels and anxiety levels during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a correlation observational study approach with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were people with an age range of 30-39 in Tapin Regency. Research respondents were 100 people who fit the inclusion criteria. The data collection technique used a google form questionnaire which is distributed to various social media. Data were analyzed using SPSS through the Spearman test. The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between the level of physical activity and the incidence of the Covid-19 pandemic in the people of Tapin Regency.
