Abstract
Different economic activities in each region lead to differences of economic growth, concentration of economic activities and development allocation funds which lead to regional inequality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of economic growth, industrial agglomeration, labor, and development allocation funds on inequality of economic development in East Java Province. This study uses secondary data from 9 Development Area Units (SWP) in 2014-2018 which were analyzed using Panel Data Regression with Fixed Effect Model. Based on the estimation results of Panel Data Regression and hypothesis testing, it was found that (F test) economic growth, industrial agglomeration, labor, and development allocation funds simultaneously had a significant effect on inequality in economic development. Partially based on the t test, economic growth has a significant effect in a negative direction, industrial agglomeration has a significant effect in a positive direction, labor has a significant effect in a negative direction, and development allocation funds have a significant effect in a positive direction.
