Abstract

Research on Village Funds after the Birth of the Village Law (Study of the Use of Village Funds in Providing BLT in Kelet Village in the Pandemic Era) is a study that aims to: Know the basis for implementing the use of village funds in providing BLT in Kelet Village; Knowing the effectiveness and barriers to the use of village funds in providing BLT in Kelet Village; at the same time knowing the criteria for BLT recipients in Kelet Village. In this research, there are research methods used, in this case it is stated as follows: 1) a doctrinal and / or normative approach with a statutory regulatory approach model; 2) the type of research that is descriptive analysis; 3) types and sources of data are obtained from the results of an inventory of literature studies on official documents of laws and regulations related to BLT; 4) the data collection method is to use literature study and interview techniques which are conducted by searching, taking notes, making an inventory, and analyzing the content material data from the body and the preamble contained in the statutory regulations related to BLT; and 5) data analysis model which uses deductive thinking patterns to draw conclusions. From the results of the research it can be explained that in Kelet Village a BLT program has been implemented which has been legalized through a Village Head Regulation (Regulation of Kelet Officials No. 6/2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of Kelet Officials No. 5/2020 about Covid-19. In this case, research is expected to be useful theoretically (providing answers to the problems studied), as well as practically (providing scientific references so that it is beneficial for the development of legal science). This research is a new research where the study is carried out because of the existence of a policy. which was passed by the government during the pandemic.
