Abstract

The disease COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) was discovered in 2019 in China, was caused by Corona virus. The virus is widespread in almost all of the world, the virus is a dangerous that can cause death. In preventing the virus from being infected, that is by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, one of them is always washing hands with soap. Maintaining hand hygiene is quite important in this prevention, because we do not see viruses or germs that are in our hands after handling an object. Pandemic conditions is require us to carry out health protocols when traveling outside the house, especially when entering a public place, our body temperature using a thermometer then wash hands with soap. How to wash hands and check body temperature manually is less efficient and can even be dangerous, because we do not know that faucets are not necessarily clean. This automatic sink equipped with a body temperature detector is an efficient and safer way to use it. The manufacture of this tool uses the proximity sensor E18-D80NK, Ultrasonic HC-SR04, MLX 90614, DC pump and Arduino uno as the controller. This test is divided into 2, because this tool uses 2 microcontrollers, the first test is a body temperature detector that produces a sensor, a buzzer, can work in the object temperature properly, but there is an error in the MLX 90614 calibration sensor with a comparison tool of 2.34% , while the tester on the sink is automatically generated by sensors, the water and soap pump works well if the object is located at a distance of 3cm, 5 cm, 7 cm, 9 cm, 11 cm, 13 cm, 15 cm, 17 cm, 19 cm, objects more than 19 cm, the sensor will not work and the pump will not spray air or soap.
