Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization, domestic investment or better known in Bahasa as Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), and labor on economic growth in Java. The data used is panel data published by the Central Statistics Agency or in Bahasa as known as Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and the Ministry of Finance. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with pooled data method approach. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the degree of fiscal decentralization and domestic investment has a significant effect on economic growth, while labor has no significant effect on economic growth.
