Abstract

Kemiren Village is one of the villages in Banyuwangi Regency which is designated as a tourist village because it has a lot of potential. One of the potentials found in Kemiren Village is the traditional house of the Osing tribe or commonly called Rumah Osing. The number of tourists who come to open economic land for the surrounding community. They can open businesses in the culinary, souvenirs, and other fields. Tourists who visit are not only from within the city, there are also many tourists from outside the city who visit. Therefore, we need lodging that can accommodate the large number of tourists. The accommodation in question is not only a place to stay but as a place to learn to get to know the Osing culture and also provide other facilities such as entertainment, a place to relax, culinary delights, and others. This report aims to develop attractions in the Osing Kemiren Traditional Village to increase visitor attractiveness and to design the Gandrung Sewu Resort with the theme of the Osing Traditional Village which applies the Green Building concept. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, namely by describing the conditions in the field at the time the research was carried out. The final result of this report is a resort design that will be built on a plot of land within the research location. Keywords: Kemiren Village, Resort, Green Building
