The research sample was 62 workers. The sampling technique wasmethod purposive sampling. Statistical test using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant relationship (p-value = 0.000 <0.05)with a value of r = 0.464 which has a positive relationship with moderate correlation. The majority of physical workloads were in the moderate workload category as much as 64.5% while the majority of work fatigue was in the moderate workload category as much as 66.1%. So that there is a relationship between physical workload and work fatigue.
