Abstract

Minimum service standards in the health sectore are a reference for district/ city goverments in providing health services that are entitled to at least every citizen in a health facility. The community health center is a health service facility that is the benchmark for health development, as well as the first health service center at the sub-district level. This research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Participants in this study were 8 participants taken by purposive sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted with selected participants according to predetermined criteria. Data analysis using the thematic analysis model Braun & Clarke found 5 themes, (1). Minimum standards of mental health services (2). Promotive effort (3). Preventive measures (4). Curative effort (5). Reahbilitative effort. The conclusion of this study is that the SPM for mental health in Puskesmas Seyegan, Sleman district has been seen by the existence of a psychology clinic at the puskesmas, although there are still some that are not optimal in its implementation.
