Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of expressive speech acts found in the @ganjar_pranowo Instagram caption. The subject of this research is the politicalfigure Ganjar Pranowo, theGovernorofCentral Java. The object of this researchis all expressive speech on the Instagram account caption @ganjar_pranowo. Thistype of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique usedthe observation and note technique. The data analysis technique used the intralingual matching method. The results showed that there was a form of expressive speech acts on the Instagram account caption @ganjar_pranowo. Expressive speech 9 data on speech act spraising. Expressive speech 15 speech act data say thankyou. Expressive speech 10 data on expected speech acts. Expressives peech 2 data on speech acts of controversy. Expressive speech 4 speech act data apologize. Epressive speech 3 speech act data to express condolences. Expressive speech 2 speechact data congratulate.
