Abstract
The fuel system is the process of flowing fuel from the tank to the fuel pump before the fuel is sprayed into the combustion chamber. The fuel pump used is a type of plunger pump. The components in this fuel system include: Fuel Filter, Fuel injection Pump, Nozzel and Governor. This analysis aims to analyze the damage that occurs to the fuel system components, the factors that cause it and how to solve it and the solution and determine the specifications of the fuel pump that will be used for the xgma xg935h wheel loader fuel system. then the disassembly process and there is damage to the selenoid cut off, fuel injection pump and fuel filter. The most likely cause of the damage is deficient fuel, either mixed with dirt or contaminated with water. The solution that is done is by modifying the fuel pro on the xgma xg935h wheel loader fuel system.
