Abstract
This study aims to: Describe (1) Planning for learning the content of SBDP Dance in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta. (2) Implementation of SBDP content learning for Dance at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta and for (3) Assessment of SBDP content in Dance at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta. This type of research is qualitative with a research design using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses a descriptive method, namely a research method that seeks to describe and interpret objects in accordance with the real situation (real) and what they are. Data sources include materials that the person conducting the study actively recorded, such as interview transcripts and notes from field observations. Data collection techniques: observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation, data analysis using interactive analysis. The results showed (1) planning for learning arts and culture at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Surakarta, starting with the preparation of Prota, Promes, Syllabus, RPP, which refers to the competency standards and basic competencies in the curriculum. Teachers plan materials, learning methods, learning media, learning resources, and assessment techniques used in lesson planning. The lesson plan that is prepared is equipped with learning activities in the form of learning steps that contain an introduction, core activities, and a cover accompanied by an allocation of available time. Class management or arrangement is planned before the learning process, the student environment which is the basis of learning to be taught is prepared in advance. (2) The implementation of the learning of the arts and culture begins with opening various lessons, including explaining the lesson plan about the main subject, linking the previous material, and with the pre-test. The method used in learning is not only using the contextual method but also using the lecture and question and answer method, group discussions and with the help of the media. The implementation of SBDP dance learning uses more practical methods than theory. (3) The learning assessment uses process assessment and learning outcome assessment. Assessment process after one discussion of basic competencies.
