Abstract

Environmental-based Islamic religious learning must be conveyed from an early age, especially to play groups as non-formal education units that provide educational services that lay the foundation for the character building of the nation's children. The lack of innovation in the delivery of Islamic religious learning that is integrated and sustainable, the lack of pedagogical understanding from educators and the teacher's inadequacy with their fields and difficulty in applying them to Play Group students who like to play, are difficult to control, difficult to concentrate, spoiled and not independent certainly provide challenges. on teachers and administrators of age groups play to manage with good management. This study aims to describe and analyze management as the development of knowledge for educators and education personnel, administrators, parents, the community and the education office in determining the next policy direction for improving the quality of Islamic education with an environmental perspective. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data sources are divided into primary and secondary data. The object is learning environmentally oriented Islam in the Aisyiyah Play Group and Aniqu Kids Play Group. The data collection technique is done by 1). Interview. 2). Documentation, 3). Observation. The validity of the data the authors used triangulation of data sources and data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods. The function of management is as planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. Islamic Studies aims at cultivating a strong sense of security, cultivating a spirit of charity and morality, fostering a spirit of natural management. The Islamic Religion Learning Method consists of habituation, exemplary, parables, stories, tahghib and Tarhib. There are two important projections on the environment, namely infrastructure and school culture and they are applied in three strategic steps, namely the fields of curricular, extracurricular activities and management of the school environment. Playgroups provide educational services while promoting the concept of play and learning.
