Abstract

Tour Package Agreement made between Travel Agencies, namely Batari Tours Travel, which is a subsidiary of PT. Lajangiroe with consumers in the Soloraya region is an important legal tool for those parties who agree with each other to carry out the Jogja Fun Trip activities. Because of the importance of the meaning of an agreement according to the Civil Code, it makes it one of the important evidence in the event of a mismatch in its implementation by one of the parties. So that the formation of the content, rights and obligations, and legal responsibilities of an agreement that is correct according to Indonesian positive law needs to be done in order to provide a sense of security and the obligations of implementing the appropriate agreement among the parties are still carried out because of the threat of sanctions contained in an agreement, with this research using normative juridical research methods and descriptive research types. In the results of this study it was found that the agreement made by the parties in the form of a deed under the hand on a stamp duty and a work agreement where the rights and obligations in the agreement are reciprocal to each other, as well as the legal responsibility of the agreement which is a fundamental part of this research where it was found that there was an imbalance in giving sanctions to the parties who entered into the agreement.
