Abstract

In this research, the aspect that will be studied is the aspect of land sales with the 'taon' system. This system is a trading system used in the community of Tumpuk Village, Bandar District, Pacitan Regency. However, there are indications of dholim against the trading system. This is because there is an error related to the background of the transaction which should be a help-help system but in practice is still thinking about profit and loss. This research was conducted in Tumpuk Village, Bandar Pacitan sub-district to analyze the practice of buying and selling land with taon system. The data in this study used qualitative data collection method, which is the method of collecting data from interviews. The main data sources in qualitative research are words, and actions, the rest are additions such as documents and others. This system is a system that is not allowed in Islam because it is vulnerable to the practice of usury so as to harm the buyers who perform the Taon system. In addition, the obligation to resell the land to the seller previously gave an indication that there is inah in this Taon trade, it can even be considered as a good trade so that it is not allowed in Islamic law on buying and selling.
