Abstract

The purpose of this research is to show the procedure of implementing a Credit Agreement with a Guarantee of Mortgage, especially during the Covid 19 Pandemic as now, and also the problem of bad credit in implementing credit agreements. The research method used is juridical empirical legal research methods. The type of research used is descriptive legal research. From the results of research on the procedures for implementing a Credit Agreement with a Guarantee Rights guarantee based on two laws no. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking and Law No. 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights. The conclusion of this study is that there is a conformity between the guidelines for implementing the Credit Agreement and the implementation of the Credit Agreement with the Guarantee of Mortgage that has been carried out at the Klaten Branch of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The obstacle that is experienced is the difficulty in building awareness of debtors of the obligations that must be carried out in the implementation of credit in the form of paying installments on time, which causes bad credit to occur.
