Abstract

This study purposes to determine the effect of investment decisions,finding decisions, dividend policy, debt policy and capital structure on firm value to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exhange in 2015-2017. There are 148 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 and 41 companies were included in the sample criteria over a period of 3 years, so the number of samples used was 123 samples. The sampling method used in this research was purposive with a quantitative approach. The analysis used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis with 5% significance level which is processed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 21 program. The results show that investment decisions, dividen policy, debt policy and capital structure have an effect on firm value, while finding decisions have no effect on firm value.
