Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, the BI Rate, interest rates and foreign exchange reserves on gross domestic product in Indonesia in 1995-2019. The data used are inflation in Indonesia, BI Rate, Rupiah exchange rate against USD, foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia and gross domestic product in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis tool with the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) approach. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that inflation and interest rates do not significantly influence Gross Domestic Product, but the exchange rate and foreign exchange reserve variables significantly influence Gross Domestic Product.
