Abstract

Sharia enjoins Muslims to be honest in what others trust and believe in all their words and actions. Islam is a religion of deeds of words that are not limited to pure ritual acts or purely material transactions, but include many aspects, including those related to ritual acts, transactions, honourable morals, behaviour and other things issued by the actions of the servants that result in every action on a penalty that suits him. An employee who works in any of the state's public offices has rights and duties as well as other employees. He shall not take anything in excess of the right of his fixed salary unless it is a decision of the office. If he took that extra extra outside his salary without the decision of the office, he was embezzled and punished. Embezzlement is the act of a statesman who is related to taking money or something outside his specified share or his fixed salary from the government, which the public understood. It is like an infectious disease that spreads in individual society until this act has become a known behaviour by the public. The main reason for this crime, which seeps into the hearts of some people, is the lack of knowledge of its truth and its worldly consequences in particular. The Anti-Corruption Commission was established in the case of embezzlement since the beginning of the year 1967 AD during the era of Suharto, and after that a number of presidents of the republic have continued the responsibility to combat this crime to this day. But the establishment of this committee is barely useful, with the exchange of people and men in it. Please find it for the people of Indonesia as it was established for it. The concept of embezzlement in terms of Indonesian law has been recorded in thirteen types of chapters in Law No. 31 of 1999 related to Law No. 20 of 2001. According to the chapters related to the concept of embezzlement, it is every person who wants to take profit and enrichment for himself or for others or for a company, and he acts in He misplaces his position and responsibility, exploits any opportunity and unjustly uses public facilities until this causes the state to lose and disrupt the economy at the international level. The provisions of Sharia, especially with regard to the fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules and the objectives of Sharia, have their own rules and principles. Each issue of the Islamic nation is analysed. Key words: embezzlement, legal provisions, Indonesian law.
