Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the dynamics of teacher and student interactions on the study of creative products and of accounting class impossibility 3 sukoharjo. This type of research is qualitative. The subject of his research is from the XI class of accounting at SMK Sukoharjo 3. The object of his research is the teachers and students' interaction dynamics on learning. The data-collection techniques used include, interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of data, researchers employed source and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, presentation of data, and conclusions. These results suggest that the dynamics of interaction is a self-adjustment in current developments that are directly experienced. While the dynamics of learning have a role in the prescribed learning methods and systems, and effective communication is able to shape the interaction patterns that apply with the learning model to increase students' activation in the class. The interaction factors are the role of the teacher, the teacher's competence skills, and the relationship between teacher and student. While interaction inhibitors are limited in terms of tools and infrastructure, the learning environment, and poor quality props.
