Abstract

This research aim to for the description of the implementation of full day school system to school culture. This research type pertained research of field. The collecting data method used is documentation, interview and observation. While to analyse result of this research, used by approach of descriptive qualitative analysis where its of to collect data and analyze all data from various source (interview, observation, documentation and triangulation), then to matching filter with the theory and formula of problem, data presented in the form of the narration, and withdrawal of the conclusion. Result of this research indicate that implementation development program of student character consist of cooperation all the teacher and the staff of education, developing cooperation and communications with then student parents, braiding harmonious relation among the student and teacher, integrating character value into subject, execution of development of the x'self, and execution of the school culture. While during forming of personality of child the lack of the facilities and basic facilities especially room learn. Solution the go to school to overcome constraint go to school in the effort pushing growth of educative participant character cover; supporting of the curriculum, human resource from all the goods of educator, the facilities and basic facilities which is contributive, appropriate of the method, and the student parents to supporting.
