Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect locally generated revenue and Generall Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditures with economic growth as a moderating in the district/city of Central Java Province in 2015-2017. This research is a quantitative research that is research that uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Central Java Province. The data used in the form of Districk and City APBD Report in Central Java Province 2015-2017. The population in this study is the Regency City Central Java province which consist of 35 District with sampling techniques purposive sampling according to specified criteria. The number of samples collected was 105. In this study, the testmodel for hypothesis testing will be done using Moderated Regression Analysis. The data has been collected and analyzed in advance with the classic assumption test. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that regional original income has a positive effect on capital expenditure. General allocation fund have no effect on capital expenditure. The moderating variable (economic growth) is not able to moderate regional original income and general allocation funds on capital expenditure.
