Abstract

This thesis is an attempt to describe the lease contract for glassware in the Widoro Kandang hamlet, Laban, Mojolaban-Sukoharjo. This research is interesting to do because in the glassware lease contract not only prioritizes profit, but still prioritizes family values and mutual help in society, so in the lease fee determination system sometimes there are difference in lease prices. This difference usually occurs between residents in one hamlet and residents in another hamlet.. The purpose of this research was to describe the implementation of the lease of glassware in the Widoro Kandang hamlet, Laban, Mojolaban-Sukoharjo whether it is in accordance with the lease contract regulations in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Board (DSN) or not. This research is a field research and the data are obtained using observation, interview methods and document searches. The data analysis method is carried out in two ways, namely inductive and deductive. Based on the research results, it can be concluded. First, the lease contract for renting glassware in Widoro Kandang hamlet, Laban, Mojolaban-Sukoharjo has fulfilled the elements of leasing both in terms of harmony and conditions in accordance with shara law, because in the implemetation of the contract there is an agreement, it is clear the lease period and the agreement price. Second, the review of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Board (DSN) on the lease contract for renting glassware in the community of Widoro Kandang hamlet, Laban, Mojolaban-Sukoharjo is valid, because the tenants and those who rent out the goods agree on the agreement, it is clear the benefits of the items being rented and lease fees are paid according to contract.
