Abstract

At this time in Indonesia, various types of trading practices emerged, including buying and selling of gamelan. Buying and selling has been around for a long time and from generation to generation in the community. So the purpose of this study is to clearly describe the implementation of the sale and purchase of gamelan at the Gamelan Craft Center of Margo Laras, Kauman Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency and to explain a review of Islamic law on the sale and purchase of gamelan at the Margo Laras Gamelan Craft Center, Kauman Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. The type of research used is field research in which to achieve this goal the researcher uses a normative approach related to things that are halal-haram, may or may not be in accordance with Islamic sharia. In collecting data in this study using the method of interviews and documentation. In this study, researchers analyzed the data obtained by qualitative methods by thinking deductively, namely processing the collected data by connecting general things to specific things. Based on the results of this study indicate that the buying and selling of gamelan at the Margo Laras Gamelan Craft Center, Kauman Village, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency is in accordance with the Islamic law review. This is because it fulfills the terms and conditions of buying and selling according to Islamic law. And it is included in the type of buying and selling istishna 'because it uses an order system for gamelan and then pays an advance as a sign of a sale and purchase agreement, then the remaining payment is paid in installments and the goods are delivered at the end.
