Abstract

At this time in Indonesia, various types of trading practices emerged, including buying and selling of pummelo oranges. Pummelo orange is one of the tourism icons and souvenirs typical of Magetan Regency. Buying and selling has been around for a long time and from generation to generation in the community. So the purpose of this study is to clearly describe the implementation of the sale and purchase of pummelo oranges in Bandar Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency and to explain the Islamic law review of the sale and purchase of pummelo oranges in Bandar Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency. The type of research used is field research in which to achieve this goal the researcher uses a normative approach related to things that are halal-haram, may or may not be in accordance with Islamic sharia. In collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, researchers analyzed the data obtained by qualitative methods by thinking deductively, namely processing the collected data by connecting general things to specific things. Based on the results of this study indicate that the sale and purchase of pamelo oranges in Bandar Village, Sukomoro District, Magetan Regency is not in accordance with Islamic law reviews.
