Abstract

Orphanage is a social institution to meet the physical, psychic and social needs of children, orphans to get intensive guidance, programmable and sustainable so that, there needs to be a method of planting akhlakul karimah children that must be emphasized is starting from an early age based on Islamic values derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet SAW. So that the purpose of knowing what the Orphanage Caregivers are doing is the application of the method of planting akhlakul karimah to the children of Mardhatillah Orphanage in 2019. Overall can know the supporting factors and inhibitors. Orphanage efforts in the application of the method of planting akhlakul karimah to foster children. This research uses qualitative descriptive. The research took place at Mardhtillah Orphanage on Sawo Street No. 27B Gempol, Ngadirejo Kartasura Sukoharjo. The subject of the research institute of Mardhatillah Orphanage and Informant was obtained from the Orphanage Caregivers. Data collection techniques can be done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data validity testing techniques through source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis can be used in an interactive model that includes three components of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study showed that what has been done Mardhatillah Orphanage in the application of methods of planting akhlakul karimah to orphanage children include the existence of religious guidance, character training, social activities of the community, activities Tepak ( Meeting the strengthening of the capacity of children and families), productive economic activities and the existence of a regulation or discipline applied dipanti asuhan. Each rangkian method of planting is inseparable from the method of refraction and advice from the caregiver. The supporting factor in the method of planting akhlakul karimah because of the cooperation of orphanage caregivers. That makes the inhibition factor less direct children in taking the wisdom of every knowledge given to them.
