Abstract

This study aims to (Analysis of the Effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. (Study at CV. Rahman Sabitra). This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used is 100 of product customers spread in the city of Blitar, Surabaya, Solo and Yogyakarta. The results show 1) Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, so that the first hypothesis is proven correct, 2) Price does not affect customer satisfaction, so the second hypothesis is not proven true 3) Brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, so that the third hypothesis is proven correct 4) Product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, so that the fourth hypothesis is proven true 5) Price has a positive effect on customer loyalty, so that the fifth hypothesis is proven true 6) Brand image has no effect on customer loyalty, so the hypothesis the sixth essay is not proven true 7) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, so that the seventh hypothesis is proven correct. 8) Customer satisfaction can mediate between product quality and loyalty, so that the eighth hypothesis is proven to be true.
