Abstract
GDP is a determinant in measuring the level of economic growth of a country. However, in 2017-2018 GDP growth tended to be slow, so attention is needed regarding how to increase GDP. To increase GDP, it is necessary to look at several sectors. This study aimed to measure the effect of investment, inflation, and labor on GDP using PAM (Partial Adjusment Model). The results of the study indicate that investment had no effect on GDP in Indonesia. Meanwhile, inflation had a negative effect and employment had a positive effect on GDP in Indonesia. Suggestions that can be given based on this research are to improve a conducive domestic climate, hopefully be able to attract investors to invest, reduce the rate of inflation growth to increase GDP growth in a certain period, create adequate employment opportunities for the community in order to reduce the number of unemployed. as well as increasing the amount of GDP.
