Abstract

Food is a basic need for all humans, if these needs are not met it will be a big problem for humans. This makes food a large enough potential that can be utilized. Nowadays there are so many unique foods that have become a concern in the community, for people who can take advantage of this momentum and can make a good profit by setting up food stalls. Apart from the positive side, of course, the negative side also appears. This is because there are many street stalls that do not pay attention to regulations, hygiene or health. Many traders choose the instant path without paying attention to existing regulations and causing harm to the surrounding environment. In fact, if they can be accommodated properly, it can reveal great potential for the traders themselves and also for the area. Culinary Tourism Park is a container that is used for the integration of various types of culinary delights into a location by combining a garden atmosphere in it with an ecological architectural approach that makes a distinct impression for visitors. In Karanganyar, there is no special place to accommodate food traders. Taman Wisata Kuliner will make the stalls of traders more organized and more beautiful than just non-permanent stalls scattered on the streets. The facts above made the author have the idea to build a culinary tourism park with an ecological architectural approach to make it more attractive to visitors.
