Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the economic growth of each province in Indonesia during the 2015-2018 period. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data. The independent variables used include PMDN, PMA, industrial agglomeration, labor force, and export volume. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. Panel data regression analysis is used as a research analysis tool. The results of panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model show that the number of workers has a significant positive effect and PMDN has a significant negative effect on economic growth in each province during the 2015-2018 period. PMA, industrial agglomeration, and export volume do not significantly influence economic growth.
