Abstract
Performance measurement is used to assess the accountability of organizations and employees who work in providing better services. Service delivery has been determined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). BPJS Employees on duty must work according to the SOP and meet the competency standards which include hard competency and soft competency. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of the Surakarta Branch Employment Office BPJS. The sample in this study were all employees of the Surakarta Branch BPJS Employment Office. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that was distributed to 40 respondents. The methods used in this research are descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests (validity and reliability tests), classic assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple regression tests, t-tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that all items of the questionnaire statement used in this study were valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the data are normally distributed and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the variable organizational commitment does not affect employee performance, while organizational culture variables and job satisfaction affect employee performance. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 55,2% and the remaining 44,8% is influenced by other variables outside the linear regression model being analyzed.
