Abstract

This publication is the result of field research, Implementation of Khiyar Rights in Online Titip Services Case Study In Surakarta, with the aim of answering the formulation of problems, How is the Application of Khiyar Rights in the Titip Service System? And What is the Right to Khiyar In The Service of Titip In Accordance with Islamic Law? The problem contained in this study is the lack of khiyar rights applied in some online titip services, thus blocking the application of khiyar rights on online titip services in Surakarta is not realized properly. The purpose of this research is to be a scientific reference for academics and to be an evaluation for online titip service providers, so that hopefully there are no more online service providers who abort khiyar and close khiyar to consumers and for online service providers who have applied the right of khiyar to implement all types of khiyar in online titip services. The methods used in this study are qualitative, type of field research based on interviews with online service participants in Surakarta. The method used based on interviews with the perpetrators of online titip services in Surakarta is with obsevasi and recording.
