Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of using internet media on student learning outcomes in Economics at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. 2) determine the effect of textbook use on student learning outcomes in Economics at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. 3) knowing the effect of internet media use and textbooks on student learning outcomes in Economics at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta. The type of research used in this is quantitative research with a census design. The data in this study are primary data. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta in January 2020. The sample of this study was 41 students. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling techniques by means of saturated sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the use of internet media on student learning outcomes with tcount 2.363> ttable 2.019 with p 0.023 < 0.05 and SE value 11.74% and SR 28.92%. There is a significant effect of the use of textbooks on student learning outcomes with a tcount of 4.020 > ttable 2.019 with a significance probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a SE value of 28.85% and SR 71.08%. From the results of the F test shows that there is an effect of the use of internet media and textbooks on student learning outcomes with a value of Fcount 12.966 > Ftable 3.24 with a SE value of 40.6% and SR 100%. From the R2 test results obtained 0.406 results so that internet media and textbooks have an influence of 40.6% on student learning outcomes.
