Abstract

Business competition in the online and offline technology business is getting tougher. With the development of technology, all business people have flocked to make online sales which can be done freely. Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Antitrust and Unfair Competition as social control is expected to be able to provide control over business competition activities that are carried out freely in the marketplace. Such as determining a very low selling price which creates unfair business competition which impacts on offline and online businesses. However, the creation of these regulations has not been applied in social life in conducting business activities, due to the lack of clarity about the rules covering this issue and law enforcement who have not performed their duties optimally. The formulation of the problem in this study discusses legal protection related to Business Competition that is affected by unfair competition, as well as how law enforcement in the future. This study uses juridical-empirical research and qualitative methods.
