Abstract

Museum Seni Lukis in Banyumas is a building are located on Banyumas regency which used to collect, research, and espesially display artworks painting. This museum also concern to recreation place, conservation, and educate people who unfamiliar with Sokaraja art painting. Museum Seni Lukis in Banyumas will be designed and planned that use sustainable architecture concept. Sustainable architecture in this part it is not only can be visible at the facade building or their building environment when mooij indie art painting was very popular in Sokaraja. in this plan sustainable which mean from curtural heritage of art painting in Sokaraja. However, architecture composed by idea and culture (activity) and that be must have sustainability for future generation. Physical sustainability (building) and non physical sustainability (mooij indie art painting) will be combine on Museum Seni Lukis in Banyumas’s design. For making that purpose, planning step will be required to realize this museum. That plan are design concept, site concept, room concept, sustainable architecture concept, building mass concept, facade building concept, and then utility and structure concept. Based on author idea, hopefully Museum Seni Lukis in Banyumas can be useful to all of age society in Banyumas regency.
