Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the principal's policy in implementing online learning at SDN Kagokan 01; (2) supporting factors in online implementation at SDN Kagokan 01; (3) inhibiting factors in online implementation at SDN Kagokan 01. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The research site is SDN Kagokan 01, Gatak, Sukoharjo. The informants involved were the Principal, Teachers, and Parents of Students. Data collection techniques by interview and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive analysis. The data collection techniques in this study used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the principal's policy in implementing online learning at SDN Kagokan 01 has been good in implementing online learning and following up the circular of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020, the strategy carried out by the principal has been good in carrying out the implementation of online learning, the optimization of the implementation of online learning is still not optimal, the final results obtained by students in implementing online learning are almost the same as the learning results before the Corona Virus Pandemic, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in online implementation, namely factors from the characteristics of students, the ability of teachers to use IT and facilities owned by students.
