Surakarta City is one of the regions in Central Java with the highest number of children with tuberculosis. The sampling technique with total sampling and data collection using questionnaires and interviews. From the results of the study it was found that there was a relationship with a history of household contact (p-value=0,000; OR=0.164; and CI=0.107-0.250), there was a relationship with occupancy density (p-value=0.038; OR=2,410; and CI=1,038-5,597) and there was no relationship with economic status (p-value=0.714; OR=0.874; and CI=0.424-1.799) with the incidence of pediatric pulmonary TB.
