Abstract

The urgency of child protection is almost important. Respondent to an era of globilisation and comunication that happens in open public, bullying is becoming more common utmost young childen. Often they see violence, sexsual harrassment, and bullying as a norm in movies. Which results the children to imitate this behaviour or become a victim of bullying. Therefore we need to have a clear law that focuses on child protection, government has issued laws and polices that protect the child rights it is tightiy intwined with the five pillars, that is parents, family, public, nasional government, and country. All five play an importan role in child protection. Child protection is inforced to insure protection to children and their rights. So they can live, grow phisically and mentally and participate in the community optimally with dignity while being protected from harrassment and discrimination. Child protection is implied so children do not feel at loss.
