Abstract
Bulldozer D31E is a chain tractor that is useful for displacing, pushing, and leveling soil or material. Bulldozer D31E Undercarriage is an important part that must be maintained, maintained and in operation. If the undercarriage is in trouble, the bulldozer is also in trouble. One component on the Undercarriage that can repair damage is the Sprocket. The sprocket in the Undercarriage component functions as a successor to the track to the Track through Bushing and turns the Sprocket rotation into an improvement on the Track so the unit can move. Sprocket thereby reducing damage due to wear that is in direct contact with Bushing and Track Ling. Therefore you can understand the wear of the Sprocket by measuring it using mall paper. Sprocket damaged can not be repaired, therefore the Sprocket Sprocket replaced with a new one.
