Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of technology acceptance factors and website service quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on consumers who use e-commerce in Indonesia. Researchers hope that the results of this study will be useful for e-commerce companies as a material consideration in determining and compiling company policies based on the results of this study taken from e-commerce consumers. This research uses multiple analysis data analysis path analysis. This research is quantitative with primary data sources with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study is all consumers who have purchased products in e-commerce in Indonesia. While the sample in this study were taken as many as 148 respondents using a nonprobability sampling technique with the type of judgment sampling. The results of this study are Technology Acceptance Factors and Website Service Quality partially positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. While Consumer Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.
