Abstract

Corn is a carbohydrate-producing food crop other than wheat and rice which is usually used by the people of Pandanharum village, Gabus sub-district, Grobogan district as animal feed, rice substitutes, and snacks. So that the people of Pandanharum village make corn as an object of buying and selling transactions. This thesis writing is entitled. "Analysis of Corn Buying and Selling System in Islamic Law Perspective (Case study of Pandanharum Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency)". According to Islamic law, the implementation of the sale and purchase of corn must be in accordance with the principles and legal requirements of Islamic law. In order to avoid legal flaws, the authors describe several problem formulations, namely: (1) How is the corn buying and selling system in Pandanharum village, Gabus sub-district, Grobogan district? Grobogan district?. The type of research used in this research is the field research method (field research). The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. by using qualitative data analysis methods with deductive patterns. The results of the research on the corn sale and purchase system in Pandanharum village, Gabus sub-district, Grobogan district. Shows three trading systems in implementation, namely: (1) buying and selling using the cash system (salam contract), (2) buying and selling through a broker (simsar), and (3) buying and selling using the slash system (jizaf). In Islamic law, the three trading systems implemented in Pandanharum village, Gabus district, Grobogan district are not in accordance with Islamic law because the transaction procedures contain elements of gharar, kemudharatan or fraud, both in terms of the contract, object and subject of the transaction. So that it can harm both parties (seller and buyer) or the party concerned Key words: buying and selling, contract greetings, broker (simsar), tebasan (jizaf)
