Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlationbetween social support, optimism and hope with career adaptability. The subjects of this study were 201 students of Pharmacy Vocational High School in Cirebon Regency. The Sampling used cluster random sampling techniques. Data collection tools that are used such as social support scale, optimism scale and career adaptabilityscale. Variable of social support, optimism and hope simultaneously has a correlation with career adaptability(hypothesis accepted). While partially there is a correlation between social support and Optimism with career adaptability. And there is no correlationbetween hopewith career adaptability.Keywords : Career Adaptability, Social Support, Optimism, Hope
