Abstract

Bulldozer D31E is a chain tractor that is useful for the work of displacing, pushing, and leveling the soil or material. The D31E undercarriage bulldozer is an important part that must be maintained, maintained and in operation. If the undercarriage has problems, the bulldozer performance is also problematic. One component on the undercarriage that can be damaged is the track roller. The track roller in the undercarriage component functions as a weight divider to the track and as a guide to the track link. In this case the track roller has not been able to work optimally because it exceeds the working hours which should be 4000 hours must be replaced, resulting in broken seals and oil out making the shaft shaft wear from the previous size of 50 mm to 25.5 mm. Damaged track rollers cannot be repaired, so the track rollers are replaced with new ones.
