Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country; this can be seen from the development process in all fields. Development is an effort to create the prosperity and welfare of the people. Contractual agreements often specify the involvement and role of the other party. Contractual agreements involve various parties that are contractually directly or indirectly related to one another. Although formally the contractual relationship only exists between the parties who signed the agreement or work contract, namely the contractor (Aanbesteder, Bouwheer) and the contractor (Partner, Annemer), the contractual agreement often mentions the involvement and roles of other parties. Provisions regarding the rights and obligations as well as the relationship of other parties are also regulated in the work contract or agreement letter. The agreement was made between SMK Negeri 1 Madiun and UD. Daya Cipta is a work contract agreement. In this case, the contract for the procurement of practical materials is carried out by UD. Daya Cipta as the contractor and SMK Negeri 1 Madiun as the party who bought the job. This contract agreement is made based on the prevailing laws and regulations; however, its suitability requires a more in-depth study of how the agreement is implemented. From legal objects, legal subjects, rights and obligations of both parties, default and legal consequences, to compelling circumstances and legal consequences in the contract agreement between SMK Negeri 1 Madiun and UD. Daya Cipta. The focus of this research is the conformity of work contract agreements with statutory regulations and legal doctrine related to contract agreements.
